"The product is ok. Works reasonably well in cutting down noise but is not the most comfortable to wear for me. But the order and delivery experience were terrible. It took two weeks to finally get the product which was not the one I had selected as that was not in stock. All the while Amazon offered me a next day delivery on the original product I had selected."
