Take the ring of the Loop between your thumb and index finger, put it in your ear. Once sealed in the ear canal, turn and adjust so your earplugs aren't visible from the front.

So, whether you’ve got tiny ears or need something slightly larger, you can adjust your ear tips to fit you perfectly. Really bad experience with these for music events
"Whatever frequency they allow through or something about the the way they channel sound was terrible for me. I wore them once to go dancing (which I do very frequently) and left with the worst ringing in my ears — something I’ve never experienced. I fear that I did some particular type of damage that night."

"I use my loop earplugs whenever I want to zone out and can't do it on my own. I use them at moments when I have a lot of people around me and want to listen to only 1 person at a time. Of I think it's too loud with my kids, I use them. When I want less noice of surroundings like airconditioning, a kids phone, my husband's TikTok videos, the dog playing, I just plug them in and I can relax more. I also use them at festivals, so I can hear the music loud and clear but don't have the pain in my ears from the bass."

"The Rose Gold is gorgeous. Bought a pair for a punk show and have been wearing it to live events since. Only complaint is that I sometimes lose what people are saying, whether it's lyrics or speech. (Discaimer: I also have auditory processing problems.)"
