While it is possible to wear Loop Switch to bed, we didn’t design it with this in mind. Loop Switch is our first “mechanical” earplug. That means it’s a little more robust than our other products, so it’s probably not the most comfortable for sleeping.

"The quality of the product is noticeable just by seing it and the colors of the Mclaren edition are really beautiful. Tested at 24h of Le Mans : effective to reduce loud car sounds and it is very comfortable. Even when worn for several hours, they are not disturbing. You can notice the different sound reduction level between the 3 modes with one isolating you completely. Good investment if you want an effective product with a great design."
"I teach blacksmithing in an Iron Age forge with lots of industrial noise and hammering onto anvils all day. The loops are helping me with suppressing the noise however I cant always hear people speaking and yes I am using the adjuster dial. But Loops are about deadening sound so I’m not that worried. The Loops case is not good as it isn’t secure enough and I have already had my loops fall out of the case. It needs a better closing fastener than what is supplied. Otherwise I am enjoying the loops experience."
"My spouse bought a pair of these to wear in his Ceramics studio, as well as during concerts & when commuting, to protect their ears from loud sounds and lower overwhelming crowd noise. I bought the McLaren pair shortly thereafter, because I am a car geek and they look hella slick, and I freakin' love them. The fact that they do not rely on power is rad, and they work very well on all 3 levels. I would recommend them to anyone who is sound-sensitive or just wants ear protection. Excellent performance & quality for the price."

"The McLaren model was set to the maximum sound reduction setting and managed the high-volume environment at my local shooting range, this weekend. No additional sound reduction headgear was necessary. I could still hear the rangemaster speaking at normal vocal volume, for that environment. These Loop hearing protectors are top-notch hearing gear."
"The headphones fit well and are not annoying when you are using them. The only thing that bothers me is that they are not marked which piece is for which ear. It would be good if they were marked. Maybe on the inside, which is not visible. They suppress noise well, but the change between settings is very small. It is more for adjusting the eq than for noise. At the lowest sound attenuation, it passes high frequencies well."
"These definitely work to cut the volume of sound. I've used them twice in most restaurants, one that had a live DJ. The cons are that my own voice and chewing are exceptionally loud, and that makes it a little difficult to hear when I'm eating. I have small ears and the XSM is still a tiny bit too big in one of my ears, which causes some discomfort if I wear them to frequently."
